Refund policy

سياسة الاسترجاع:

بعد اختيار العميلة للمقاس وتأكيد الطلب وإتمام عملية الدفع، يُعتبر الطلب نهائيًا، ولا يمكن استرجاع المبلغ المدفوع, يرجى التأكد من اختيار المقاس المناسب ومراجعة تفاصيل الطلب بعناية قبل إتمام عملية الشراء.

الشحن والتوصيل:

يرجى العلم بأن المدة المتوقعة لتجهيز وتسليم العباية هي من أسبوع إلى أسبوعين من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب.

 

التعديلات:

نوفر تعديلات خلال 3 أيام من استلام الطلب، بشرط تقديم طلب التعديل خلال هذه المدة ، تخضع التعديلات لامكانية التنفيذ، ولن يتم قبولها إلا إذا كانت قابلة للتنفيذ.

ملاحظة:

تكاليف شحن إعادة واستلام القطعة تقع على مسؤولية العميلة.

 

الالغاء:

لانوفر خيار إلغاء او تبديل القطعه بعد اتمام الطلب.

 

تنويه:

يرجى العلم بأن ألوان المنتجات قد تظهر بشكل مختلف قليلًا عن الواقع نتيجة اختلاف إعدادات الشاشات، مثل السطوع والتباين ودقة الألوان. وتُعد هذه الاختلافات الطفيفة أمرًا طبيعيًا ولا تُعتبر عيبًا في المنتج، وبالتالي لا تكون سببًا مقبولًا للإرجاع أو الاستبدال أو استرداد المبلغ. بإتمام عملية الشراء، يقر العميل بعلمه وموافقته على ذلك. 

 

Return Policy

Once the customer has selected the size, confirmed the order, and completed the payment, the order is considered final and the amount paid is non-refundable

Please ensure that you select the correct size and carefully review all order details before completing your purchase

Shipping & Delivery

Please note that the estimated preparation and delivery time for the abaya is 1–2 weeks  from the date the order is confirmed

Alterations

We offer alterations within 3 days of receiving the order, provided that the alteration request is submitted within this period

All alteration requests are subject to feasibility and will only be accepted if the requests changes can be carried out

Important Note

All shipping costs associated with returning and receiving the item for alterations are the customer’s responsibility

Cancellations

We do not offer cancellations or exchanges once an order has been completed

Please note that product colors may appear slightly different from their actual appearance due to variations in screen settings, including brightness, contrast, and color calibration

These minor variations are considered normal and do not constitute a product defect.Therefore, they are not considered valid grounds for a return, exchange, or refund
